Formed in 1844, Maidstone Swimming Club is recognised as England's oldest competitive swimming organisation. Based in the heart of Kent at the County town's own leisure centre, not only do we boast an enviable record of swimming and diving achievements, but also an eye for future success.  We recognise our rich historical base - whilst aiming to nuture and develop tomorrow's swimming sensations.


We're fully affiliated to the ASA as well as holders of Swim 21 accreditation. We commit to providing a safe, effective quality service to every member, allowing them to reach their potential. Come join us today ! 


Lifeguards required

Maidstone Swimming Club is looking for paid lifeguards to cover the Sunday Morning training session at Joseph Williams Maths school, Rochester at 10-11am.

If you are keen to be considered for this role then please email the head coach with your CV in the ‘contact us’ section of our website. National Pool Lifeguard Qualification required.

Callie-Ann Competes At British Swimming Championships

Well done to Callie Ann Warrington who competed today at The British Swimming Championships in Sheffield.



Callie Ann swam 50m freestyle in a time of 27.30 coming 18th out of the 17/18 age group.

Diving-National Skills Final

Well, what can I say what a weekend Maidstone Diving Team has had! We had a team of 8 divers competing at the National Skills Final held at the Commonwealth Pool in Manchester.
The results were:
Karis Gous - 22nd with a score of 258.60
Yasmin Harvey - 24th with a score of 267.90
Sam Harvey - 9th with a score of 271.30
Amelia Barrett - 5th with a score of 281.05
Buddy Knott - 6th with a score of 271.20
Hannah Clearly - 10th with a score of 265.15
Emily Crowe - 18th with a score of 241.05
Ella Weston - 21st with a score of 228.80
Excellent diving team! 
Ken, Jan and myself (Kay ) are so proud of all of you.
